How to drink more water: bottles and other products that can help

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to drink more water. However, five days into 2022, I realized that the busy schedule and forgetful habits made the whole thing of increasing drinking water more difficult than I thought.
But I will try to stick to my goals-after all, this seems to be a good way to feel healthier, reduce headaches related to dehydration, and maybe even get some glowing skin in the process.
Linda Anegawa, a double-certified physician in internal medicine and obesity medicine and the medical director of PlushCare, told the Huffington Post that drinking the right amount of water is indeed necessary to maintain a certain level of health.
Anegawa explained that there are two main water reservoirs in our body: outside the cell stored outside the cell and inside the cell stored inside the cell.
“Our body is very protective of extracellular supplies,” she said.”This is because we need a certain amount of fluid to pump blood into our body. Without this fluid, our vital organs can’t work properly, and it may cause a severe drop in blood pressure, shock or even organ failure.” Maintain a proper amount of cells. The inner fluid is very important for “maintaining the normal function of all cells and tissues”.
Anegawa also said that drinking enough water can improve our energy levels and immune system, and also help avoid problems such as bladder infections and kidney stones.
But how much water is “enough”?Anegawa said that for most people, the standard guideline of 8 cups a day is a reasonable rule of thumb.
This is true even in winter, when people may not realize that they are prone to dehydration.
“Dry, humid air in winter can cause increased evaporation of water, which can lead to dehydration,” Anegawa said.
Tracking the amount of water you consume every day can be difficult. But we used Anegawa’s tips and tricks to collectsome toolsthat may be able to keep your hydration normal and hope to make you feel better in the process.Drink it all!
